Our Food Pantry Expansion: A Critical Step to Meet Growing Needs in the Miami Valley

At Good Neighbor House, we’re seeing an incredible rise in demand for our food pantry services. Right now, we are serving over 160 families every day, and that number continues to grow. It’s a powerful reminder of the urgent need in our community, but it also means our current food storage space is no longer enough to keep up with the demand.

That’s why we are excited to announce our next major project: a much-needed expansion of our food pantry. We are raising $150,000 to increase our capacity so we can continue providing nutritious food to families in need. This expansion will allow us to increase our freezer, refrigerator, and dry storage space, ensuring we can store and distribute more food to more people every day.

We are serving more families than ever before, and without this expansion, we will soon be unable to meet the increasing demand. The new storage space will ensure we have the ability to store fresh produce, dairy, and frozen goods, along with dry pantry items, helping us keep our shelves stocked and ready to serve our neighbors.

But we can’t begin this crucial project until all the funds are raised. We need your help. Your contribution will directly support this expansion, ensuring that we can continue feeding families in the Miami Valley who rely on us. Every dollar brings us closer to the goal, and together, we can make a lasting difference in the lives of those who need it most.

Are you able to contribute? Your generosity will help us feed our neighbors, keep our pantry shelves full, and provide essential food to families who are struggling.

Thank you for being part of this important mission. With your support, we can make this expansion a reality and continue serving those who need us most.
