Life is better with a smile, and at Good Neighbor House, we help our hard-working, under-served neighbors regain theirs through affordable dental services they might not otherwise be able to access. As a key component of a healthy lifestyle, we believe routine dental care for individuals and families should not be limited by a lack of insurance or the challenges many working-class individuals face today.

Good Neighbor House provides a broad range of affordable dental services to improve the quality of life for thousands of area residents each year. Our offerings include cleanings, exams, fillings, X-rays, and simple extractions. We welcome uninsured individuals and also accept the following Medicaid insurance plans:

• CareSource

• Molina Healthcare

• Buckeye Health Plan

• Paramount Advantage

• Medicaid Managed Care Plans

Here is a list of our dental services:

• amalgams/composites (fillings)

• cleaning/exams

• dentures, partials, bridges, and crowns

• fluoride treatments

• sealants

• simple extractions

• x-rays

• frenectomy or “tongue tie” – $350 (Note: Income verification, such as tax return, needed, as well as insurance if applicable)

Participants in Good Neighbor House Dental Services must:

• Present proof of income (e.g., pay stubs, most recent tax returns, Social Security, or disability pay stubs) or proof of no income (e.g., documentation from Job & Family Services)

  • Note: Financial information is required if applying for a discount on dental services.

• Present a valid photo ID

• Provide proof of insurance, if applicable
   

Additional Information:

• Initial visit fees vary for adults and children and include an exam, X-ray, and treatment plan.

• Good Neighbor House offers a sliding fee scale for patients with incomes at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Guideline with discounts on dental services ranging from 10% to 50%.

• If your income exceeds the guidelines but you would still like to be seen, you are welcome to pay out of pocket.
